Summary, etc. The researchers focus on the study of The application and monitoring of collection system of the Pilipino Cable Corporation (Sky Cable). The study was conducted following the System life development Cycle, In the Study of the Existing System the following problems is on Inefficient Application and Monitoring of Collection. There are factors affecting on it in the Existing System Method the Factors are the following: Too much paper works in Application with the same content including brochures. And another is Lapping on the Submission of collection. Lastly, is the error in encoding on Manpower As presented in the Ishikawa Diagram. The proposed system is to make the Existing System to be Efficient that can help the employees in their works as well as the company in improving their system. -- Therefore, the researchers concluded that the proposed system is suitable and a very useful tool in view of the fact that it consist internal controls, that certain people can only access the system. The proposed system can reduce paper works in the application of the subscriber and will monitor payment efficiently. -- The researchers greatly proposed an improved application and monitoring system for the benefit of the company, employees and the subscribers. It is also suggest that the internal controls included in the system be enhance, improve and implement. Part of this internal controls are the maintenance of the hard copies and backup copies; appropriate people that should only have an entry to the system can use it; training of the personnel is also recommended with regards to the use of the proposed system. The researchers suggest too that the preservation od passwords be implemented and observe.
