Summary, etc. Communication Enhancement is about using the methods of communication that are available to us as individuals and using them to ensure meaning and understanding through the recognition of the limitations of others. The researchers used a quantitative survey method in this study in order to find out the communication enhancement among Hospitality Management Students. The respondents were chosen from first to fourth-year level, having a total number of 55 students. The objectives of this study are to find out the factors affecting communication enhancement and the remediation proposed to enhance communication. The researchers used a survey questionnaire in collecting data and the results were analyzed using the tally method. The study revealed that the factors affecting the communication enhancement of BSHM students are communication style and lack of confidence. Despite the obstacles, Hospitality Management students should develop their self-confidence and communication skills for them to be able to move forward in their journey and future career.
