Based on the result, through descriptive method, the finding clearly indicated that MSWDO rehabilitation techniques or programs for helping juveniles in La Trinidad was merely focused counselling with which family is involved. This provides as well the problems that are encountered in the implementation of rehabilitation techniques for CICL.
