Abstract: This study is about the Library Management along private higher Educational Institution at La Trinidad Benguet. It sought to answer the following: (1)What is the current library situations of private Higher Educational Institutions along Human Resources, Collection Development, Services, and Facilities? (2)What is the level of effectiveness of library management by the private Higher Educational Institutions along Human Resources, Collection Development, Services, and Facilities? (3)What innovative mechanisms can be used to address the problem on Library Management among private Higher Educational Institutions? A survey checklist questionnaire was used in obtaining the data needed to determine the level of effectiveness of library management and current library management situations along private higher educational institutions. Ranking was done based on the weighted mean in finding the level of effectiveness of library management. The result reveals that the level of effectiveness along the following elements: human resources, collection development, services, and facilities is effective. It is then recommended that Commission on Higher Education should conduct an intensive monitoring of the library management systems and facilities of the private Higher Educational Institutions in La Trinidad, Benguet.
