This study focused on the employment of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduates of King's Colleges of the Philippines. Participants included 78 graduates from Batch 2013 to 2017. -- The study used descriptive research design. Survey questionnaire was the primary instrument in gathering the data needed. The researchers tallied the data gathered and used percentage and rank to analyze the profile of the respondents with respect to their employment. -- The study revealed that 45% of the BSA graduates are employed at the time of study. They are mostly on regular or permanent work status. Most of them have waited less than a month to land a job. They are employed mostly through recommendations. The main reason of the graduates for accepting their job is salaries and benefits. Out of those employed, 23% are underemployed or are on a job not related to their course. On the other hand, 55% unemployed for the main reason taht they are having advance or further study for the Board Examination.
