This study pertains to the awareness of barangay officials on budget allocation of Balili, La Trinidad, Benguet. the purpose of it is to know the awareness of barangay officials of their duties and responsibilities on budget allocation, to know the degree of seriousness of the problems encountered in budget allocation, and to know the extent of the programs on budget allocation of local government fund undertaken by barangay Balili, La Trinidad, Benguet. This study made us of descriptive method research. A survey questionnaire was the primary gathering tool used in obtaining the data needed. The researchers uses weighted mean in determining the extent of activities undertaken, the seriousness of the problems encountered and the possible measures undertaken. -- The research revealed that barangay officials are very much aware on all their duties and responsibilities on the budget allocation process. -- Generally, however, the problems encountered by the barangay officials on budget allocation process were identified to be at minimum level of seriousness. -- In the study, it shows that the barangay officials properly and appropriately allocate their funds in accordance with the constitusion governing the local government in the Philippines.
