Participants included 7 staffs of Remnant Builders in Shilan, La Trinidad, Benguet for the year 2016. -- A survey questionnaire was the primary tool used in obtaining the data needed. The researchers used the weighted mean in determining the extent of knowledge on record keeping practices of the employees and degree of seriousness of the problems encountered by the employees. The study used a descriptive method of research. -- The result of the study revealed that the employees are much knowledgeable regarding the record keeping practice in the company. -- However, the degree of seriousness of the problems encountered by the employees in record keeping was identified to be much serious.
