The purpose of this study is to determine the rehabilitations programs of La Trinidad Municipal Social Welfare Development Office (LTMSWDO). This study aimed to gather information about the rehabilitation techniques suited for child in conflict with the law of LTMSWDO and the problems being encountered by personnel in implementing the program for CICL. Based on the result, through descriptive method, the finding clearly indicated that MSWDO rehabilitation techniques or programs for helping juveniles in La Trinidad was merely focused counselling with which family is involved. This provides as well the problems that are encountered in the implementation of rehabilitation techniques for CICL.
