Effectiveness of services rendered in fast food restaurants in La Trinidad Benguet.

Abstract: Fast food restaurant refers to an eating and drinking establishment, also known as a quick-service restaurant (QSR) within the industry. It is a specific type of restaurant that serves fast food cuisine and has minimal table services. The researchers used a quantitative survey method in this study in order to find out the effectiveness of services rendered by fast food restaurants in La Trinidad Benguet. The respondents were randomly selected fast food customers having a total of 50 customers. The objectives of the study are to find out how often do customers visit fast food restaurants, the level of effectiveness of services of the monitoring and serving modes, and suggestions that can be put forth to improve services rendered in fast food restaurants in La Trinidad Benguet. The researchers used a survey questionnaire in collecting data and the results were analyzed through frequency count. The study revealed that customers often visit fast food restaurant in La Trinidad Benguet. It also shows that the services rendered is effective in terms of hygiene, staff behavior, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), sanitation, time allotted in ordering food and timeliness in serving customers. Accordingly, fast food restaurants staffs in La Trinidad are recommended to always maintain hospitable communication, organize time management, be polite, and always maintain cleanliness for them to be able to give their best service quality.
