This study was designed to investigate the impact of on-the-job training to students of King's College of the Philippines. The sample size selected for the study was two hundred thirty-eight respondents from different colleges of the school which include College of Business Management, College of Criminal Justice Education, College of Theology, College of Computing and Information Sciences, College of Teacher Education and Trade Technical Education. Findings revealed that the degree of effectiveness of on-the-job training to students of King's College of the Philippines was very effective. The effectiveness of on-the-job training to each college in terms of knowledge, skills, professionalism and career exploration revealed that it was very effective for the college of Business Management, College of Teacher Education, and College of Theology. On the other hand, it was effective for the College of Criminal Justice Education, Trade and Technical Education Department, and College of Computing and Information Sciences. Thus, the researchers have recommended maintaining and improving the on-the-job or internship program of each college of King's College of the Philippines.
